Deamon USR + Mark of Nurgle = deamon of nurgle

Obbar / Mutilators of Tzeentch skulle få 2+/4++ med reroll 1:or...
Evigt shrouded kultister...

Per page 94, only a Daemon Price can purchase the specifically named “Daemon of XXX” wargear upgrade for 10/15 pts. All of the other units you list only have the option to purchase “Mark of XXX” wargear upgrades in their available upgrade lists. A Daemon Prince can therefore purchase a “Daemon of XXX” upgrade, but not a “Mark of XXX” upgrade, because only the Daemon is available as an upgrade in their wargear list. Conversely, a Warp Talon can therefore purchase a “Mark of XXX” upgrade, but not a “Daemon of XXX” upgrade, because only the Mark is the only one in their wargear list.

In Support of Stelek’s argument that Marked “X” C:CSM with the Daemon rule benefit from a C:CSM Daemon Prince with the “Daemon of X” upgrade.
A model from Codex Chaos Space Marines (herein after C:CSM) if marked is similar to a marked model in Codex Daemons (herein after C:D) such that the marked model is a model of the marked God. The rule for marks in C:D is as follows “If a Daemon Prince is given the Mark of one of the Four Greater Powers of Chaos, it has been claimed by one of the Four as its own, and is given special powers in return. See C:D pg. 76 (emphasis added). A Daemon Prince with the mark of Slaanesh can take gifts of Slaanesh like any other Daemon of Slaanesh in C:D; such as a Herald of Slannesh whom can take a Gift of Slaanesh, specifically Pavane of Slaanesh. See C:D pg. 75; 81; 87. Because a Daemon Prince of Slannesh with a mark can take gifts of Slaanesh, like the Herald of Slaanesh, it must therefore be a Daemon of Slaanesh. The following rule for Marks in C:CSM is similar to the rule for Marks in C:D; “If a model is given a mark from one of the Greater Powers of Chaos, this means that the warrior is claimed by one of the Dark Gods and has been given special powers in return”. Because the rules in both codices are similar it follows that a marked C:CSM model is a model of that specific God. See C:CSM pg 31. Becoming a model of a certain God is in addition to any other rules the model may have such as Daemon. As such, a Mutilator with the Daemon and Mark of Slaanesh rules is a Daemon of Slaanesh.
Additionally a model from C:CSM with both the Daemon and Mark rules benefits from an upgraded C:CSM/Daemon Prince. The upgrade language for the C:CSM/Daemon Prince reads, “Daemons of Khorne have the Furious Charge and Hatred (Daemons of Slaanesh) special rules. See C:CSM pg. 33 (emphasis added). The plain language for the upgrade rule is pluralistic and therefore applies to all models which are identified as “Daemons of X”. The plain language of the Daemon Prince upgrade “Daemon of X” it distinguishable from other upgrades such as Mechatendrils, “Mechtendrils give the wearer +2 Attacks”, by the plain language of the rule, it is limited to a sole model. See C:CSM pg. 66. Furthermore the upgrade of “Daemon of X” applies to all “Daemons of X” on the board and crosses codices because it is distinguishable from such things as Blood Angel Priests who’s affects only affect their codex, per the faq update. Because of the pluralistic plain language and the fact that rule is not limited to a single codex or even friendly codices, it follows that “Daemon of X” applies to all Daemons of a specific God on the board.
